An Error has been generated because worker information has not been found

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) 3 commentsAnswered

I need some assistance on what areas need to be furthered checked on.

Only one employee who recently came onboard is experiencing this error message when trying to create a timecard. As a workaround, timekeepers/supervisor are able to submit the timecard on her behalf.

What are we missing to check, and under what module/responsbility?

HR claims they confirmed the assignment record is present and Payroll checked everything is present.
