To upgrade MWA from version 1.0.8.4 to version 10.1.0 require additional license?

Hi,

We are currently running Oracle EBS 12.1.3, and we use MWA 1.0.8.4 to perform MWS tasks and we wish to upgrade MWA to version 10.1.0 my concern is if or current license covert the upgrade or if additional licensing additional licensing is needed if just we continuos running WMS?
