We have configured our new X10 ODAs and setup the NTP servers but on all of them we are seeing the System clock wrong by x seconds

Here are some examples

How can we fix this?

We are configuring ODA X0-2HA shortly and that being a 2 node RAC we believe those 2 servers being in synch time wise is critical . Correct?
