Expense Module Creating Employee Vendors

Using PeopleSoft FS/SCM 9.2 latest PUM, Tools 8.61

Is there a requirement for the Expenses module to create Vendors from Employee data (so that you can reimburse employees)? If so is there a delivered process for doing this?
