Oracle VM (OVM) (MOSC)

Oracle VM Manager Console Unreachable on Port 7002

We have been running Oracle VM Manager version 3.4.7 successfully for the past two years. Currently, the Oracle VM Manager status shows as running, but the OVM console (on port 7002) is not reachable.

I have already tried restarting the OVMM services and rebooting the server, but the issue persists. Additionally, I noticed that the OVM server status briefly shows as "started" and then immediately "stopped."

I have also checked for the ovm.log and ovmm.log files on the server, but they are missing.

Please find the attached screenshots for reference. Let me know what additional logs or information I can provide to help troubleshoot and resolve this issue.
