Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Error when run for 3 lines in BIP

I have a BIP tempate when I add a new Item Description and run for 3 lines I got error

The BIP is ok before to run for 1 and 3 lines, the error is come from 3 lines output.

Attached are the error log and related files

Please let me know if you have any suggestion to elimiate this error
