Health Savings Account - Tracking Beneficiary Designation

The benefits manager has begun to provide me with wish list items for our upcoming Open Enrollment and one item is allowing employees to designate beneficiary data for a Health Savings Account. We just completed our upgrade to PUM 50 / PeopleTools 8.61.05 and I do not see any change that will support this request. I always try to think outside of the box to see if I can deliver something to them other than a hard "no". This time, I don't see how this can be accomplish because there isn't tracking of beneficiary data for a
