How to enable group14 Kex on Solaris 11.3

After locking down linux system we are facing the following error, is it possible to enable group14 Kex?

Client and server could not agree on a key exchange algorithm:
client: diffie-hellman-group-exchange-sha256,diffie-hellman-group-exchange-sha1,diffie-hellman-group14-sha1,diffie-hellman-group1-sha1
server: ecdh-sha2-nistp521,ecdh-sha2-nistp384,ecdh-sha2-nistp256,diffie-hellman-group18-sha512,diffie-hellman-group16-sha512,diffie-hellman-group14-sha256,kex-strict-s-v00@openssh.com
