ORDS API - Security

Hi Team,

We are using ORDS 23.4 and Apex 24.1 in seperate servers in private subnet. To give access to internet, we have delpoyed one load balancer in public subnet and we are accessing the apex with https://testapex.dummy.com.

Now we have a requirement to develop api using ORDS. API should be accesible in internet. API will be shared to external party. Can we have a different load balancer created with https://testapi.dummy.com use the same ORDS server.

If yes, how can we give configuration of both load balancers in settings.xml. Currently we have only one load balancer info in it,
