Grid Cluster Installation fails CLSRSC-400: A system reboot is required to continue installation

Hello,

I am doing a RAC 1 node installation and after installing grid software only in the beginning, i am trying to do the part of creating the Cluster. After checking everything is as it should be, i started. The process went Ok till the moment that i have to execute root.sh script on node 1 (first) and after that in node 2.

While it was doing steps, from 1 to 19, at step 13, it fails, as below:

2025/05/13 15:41:36 CLSRSC-594: Executing installation step 11 of 19: 'ConfigOHASD'.
2025/05/13 15:41:39 CLSRSC-594: Executing installation step 12 of 19: 'SetupTFA'.
2025/05/13 15:41:39 CLSRSC-594: Executing installation step 13 of 19: 'InstallAFD'.
2025/05/13 15:42:04 CLSRSC-400: A system reboot is required to continue installing.
