Are you able to integrate Dynamics 365 and Oracle Primavera Cloud to synchronize actual hours/costs?

Our actual hours/costs are in Dynamics 365 and I would like to create an integration such that these actuals are imported automatically into Oracle Primavera Cloud. I've reviewed the documentation about Oracle Primavera Cloud integrations and it seems to indicate that this is possible, but I'm not entirely clear how to achieve this integration. Does anyone have experience performing this kind of integration?
