Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Distribution - JDE1 (MOSC)

P4021 no longer displays the first line as On Hand Balance if there is no on hand quantity, why not?

we notice this only displays when there is an on-hand quantity but I cannot find any documentation on how to make it display again.
