Request for Alternate Contact Method – Skype Unable to Connect to Oracle Support Toll-Free Number

Hi Team,

Since May 2025, Skype has stopped functioning for making calls to Oracle Support toll-free numbers. Due to this issue, I am unable to reach Oracle Support via the usual toll-free channels and kindly request the following:

  1. Alternate toll-free numbers that are accessible
  2. Any direct dial or international support numbers
  3. Other recommended methods to contact Oracle Support

Your prompt assistance in providing a resolution or alternative means of communication would be greatly appreciated.
