How to test connectivity in MWA after upgrade to 10.1.0?

Hi there, I need some help with following question:

We are running Oracle R12.1.3 and upgrade MWA from 1.0.8.4 to 10.1.0 and handheld devices connections are trough telnet, how should we configure handheld devices? How to test MWA connectivity trough Handheld devices?
