OE Select event for an employee is not available to enroll - PS 9.2
Hello,
We have run Open Enrollment. However, for some employees, they are not able to see the open enrollment event. i.e the start button is not appearing and instead, they see following screen on their ESS when they click on the OE tile. This is happening because , these employees have multiple life events open.
How can we reset the OE for these employees and close out these multiple open life events so that employee can enroll?
