User is trying to creating license plates after a purchase order is receipted. Getting web exception

User is trying to creating license plates after a purchase order is receipted. Getting web exception error message. verified the logs and found below error message.

This is happening in PD environment who are tyring to create the license plates for the pad items. Could you please help to check and suggest on this.
