Campus Solution - Student Financial - Payment Overall Priority does not work

Hi All,

I currently have issue with the payment overall priority. Even though I set up the payment overall priority as the term, payment term first, but the medical fee waiver (i.e. at term 3) that was assigned this payment overall priority still always allocated to the medical fee at the earliest term (i.e. term 1).

Below is my configuration

Allocation Method: By Oldest First

Charge Sort: Term, Payment Term First

Charge priority List is strictive to the Medical fee

Medical fees at both terms have been paid off by payment. I then create a waiver for term 3 medical fee (term 3 is not the current term) but it is always allocated to term 1 medical fee. It supposed to be allocated to term 3 fee.
