I would like to format the Corrective Action Output - OEM 13.4

I have created a Corrective Action (CA) that sends an email when there is blocking in a databases. The sql in the CA lists the blocking session with other info, e.g. sql_id, when the lock was taken and blocked session info, etc. However in the email this is listed under the Corrective Action Output section of the email. It is not very readable as it is just one continuous line of data where it is actually of multiple rows of data. Is there a way to format this output to make it more readable?
