Which Weblogic Server RU/CPU for OEM 13.5

hello -

I need help trying to figure out which April 2025 patch update to apply to our OEM 13.5 server. I've never had to mess with Weblogic before but the security folks are telling me there's some weblogic vulnerabilities. Here's our current versions:

Weblogic: 12.2.1.4

OEM: 13.5.0.26

RDBMS: 19.26 (RHEL 8)

Windows Server 2022 (v.10.x)

In Oracle support, when i search under Patches & Updates, there's several listed under "Weblogic Server 12.2.1.4.xxxxx". Even if i select the most recent one it still brings up a list of many to choose from. Or, if i should just upgrade to v14.x. I've never been involved with middleware before so i'm lost as to which patchset to select. Any assistance is appreciated.
