FetchNextLineFromFlatFile B76B0220 is returning Error code=3003

Hi

I am trying to read EDIFACT file which is attached using the BSFN

FetchNextLineFromFlatFile locally it works but fails when running on the server in UAT920 environment, reading the file from Import folder.
