Error (18081,1046) When Administrators Attempt to Approve Extended Absence Requests

Hello,

We are getting the above error that is documented in this MOS Note .

The issue is very inconsistent. Meaning, this error is happening on random transactions and on random leave types. It is also inconsistent across approvers, meaning, some get this error others don't.

What sets our setup apart from the above MOS note is that we do not use Absence takes. Still above error is triggering. What is causing the error?

Please advise.
