Primavera Cloud has limits of the background services?

Hi, we have questions about Oracle Primavera Cloud behavior.

Context: we have more than 300 user work at the same time and the users notice that the system put their jobs in a background service that they can watch in "Manage service" page. The services take much time to resolve the jobs. The projects that they manage have more than 900 activities that are part of the programs with more than 8000 activities. We could have more than 20 active programs in the system at the same time in the future.

So, the questions are:

  1. Does OPC have limit of jobs in the background services?
