Which is the correct INI File in parameters of About Page MWA after applied upgrade patch

Hello there,

We just upgraded Oracle MWA 1.0.8.4 applying patch 'Release 12.1.3:36107030:R12.MWA.B', we are running Oracle EBS R12.1.3. After to patch application we noticed that INI file is default_key.ini in parameters 'About Page' from MWA. We have a two concerns regarding INI File in such parameters:
1. Is correct the INI File default_key.ini?

2. After the patch was applied, the mobile_key.ini file was created and contain new properties that we expected to be populated:
RESTORE_CONNECTION_AUTO=YES
RESTORE_CONN_ATTEMPTS=5
RESTORE_CONN_WAIT_TIME=5000
in order to enhancing MWA performance and reduce unexpected network disconnections. In this sense, its is enough that such file and properties
