Anyone know the reason why oracle relase patching update for engineer system ODA later than other ?

HI

Does anyone now the reason why Oracle releases patching updates for the engineer system ODA later than normal system or exadata

it is hard for us once we are going to patching PSU patch with which have oracle primary database running on Exadata machine and standby databases running on ODA

Database PSU patch for oracle and GI database it release 19.27 already

Exadata Database Machine and Exadata Storage Server Supported Versions (Doc ID 888828.1)

ODA
+ here is the lasted version ODA patch with database version 19.26
