ePerformance: how to ensure EP_CANCL_DOC gets triggered for future-dated terminations?

Issue Summary:

Future dated terminations are not triggering the cancellation of performance documents in “Evaluation in Progress” status after the termination effective date. As a result, these documents remain in “Evaluation in Progress” even though the employee is now in “Inactive” HR status.

Details:

- Affected employees have performance documents in “Evaluation in Progress” status.

- When a future-dated termination is keyed, the EP_CANCL_DOC process is not queued in the Process Monitor.

- The “AssignmentTerminated” event is active.

- The ePerformance installation page is configured to cancel all documents upon termination.

I’m seeking guidance on how to ensure the EP_CANCL_DOC process is triggered and queued in the Process Monitor when a future-dated termination becomes effective.
