Hi,

We are currently using Oracle Forms 12c, WebLogic Server 12c, and Oracle Database 19c. As part of our effort to enhance security, we're looking to implement better password management practices. Oracle Wallet is one option we're considering. What other secure and recommended alternatives are available for managing database credentials and improving overall password security in this environment?
