late charge

first i made late charge setup but i faced some problem like :-
1- i made transaction in 1 may 25 and the due date in same date 1 may 25 and i made late charge generate in 31 may 25 and the interest appear and i made ot final and every thing is okay but i made late charge generate again but in 30 jun25 and i did not find any action happened for the transaction i created in 1 may 25
2- i made schedule by type interest tier and i assigned it to customer but when i run the late charge generate no things appear
3- i made receivable activity for penalty charge and when use penalty by schedule or fixed rate no thing appear
