Migrating a non PDB to PDB - 19c

Hello All

We are in the process of migrating our 19.26 non PDB database from server 1 to server 2

The only difference is that the target database would be a PDB while the source is non PDB

The database size is appx 1 TB and we are thinking of using import / export to perform the migration but were wondering if there are more efficient options available that we can explore perhaps. Could you kindly let us know if what other options we can look into to accomplish this ?
