JD Edwards Procurement creation default the order date/ requested date to promised delivery date

Is it possible to auto-populate the promised delivery date (F4311. PDDJ) based on lead times in the item branch? Neither manual PO nor MRP-created Pos takes the lead times (F41026.LTLV) to decide the promised delivery date. Instead, all dates are defaulted to the current date. Could you please clarify the above issue? Thanks
