TL_ABS_GENPT using Manage Group List

The TL_ABS_GENPT App Engine, whether run from the GP_PAYE or the TL_GENPT Jobs, currently requires full processing of the company's or campus' Time Administration even when a Group List is used in from the Calculate Absence and Payroll component (running the GP_PAYE). The GPPDPRUN cobol references the Group List for processing but the TL_ABS_GENPT does not reference the Group List. This is forcing long running and unnecessary run times for the TL_ABS_GENPT batches that do not need to be re-run even for non-selected selected payees in the calculation process.

The expectation for the TL_ABS_GENPT - whether run from the GP_PAYE or the TL_GENPT Jobs - should reference the Group List and process only those in the requested calculation.
