Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Media Object Not Displaying in Fat Client (Edge browser)

I’m using Microsoft Edge. In JDE fat client, the media object icon keeps spinning and doesn’t display the notes on the form.

However, the same media object displays notes correctly on the web client.Has anyone faced this issue? Any fix or setting to check?
