Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello There,

I am looking for a report to show the list delegates/ Authorized persons that are assigned to users to create expense reports on their behalf.

want a report by operating unit/org.

Alternatively can please share sql query if there is no seeded report to cater it.
