Generating Notifications for Benefits Events Besides Open Enrollment and Life Events
I'm currently testing the Generating Notifications for Benefits Events. In my research and testing, it appears that this functionality had initially been developed for just open enrollment and life event notifications. My colleagues in HR would like to use this feature for any event type, especially the New Hire event.
Has anyone been able to successfully open up this feature to other event types? If so, how were you able to accomplish it?
