How to Cancel a "Completed" Shipment in Landed cost Managment after the PO is canceled.

Dear all

I have a purchase order (PO) that was received and invoiced, but I've since canceled the invoice, returned the receipt, and canceled the PO. Now I need to cancel the related shipment in Landed Cost Management. But When I try to cancel the shipment it says

Error :

You cannot cancel the shipment because it has been received.
