How does Program R3425 (JDE) calculate the daily demand for safety stock using MRP table?

When Program R3425 executes the Automatic Safety Stock Population using the safety method calculation "Specified Days of Demand" or "Specified Percentage of Leadtime Demand," how is the daily demand calculated using future demand data from the MRP table F3413? Which quantity type from table F3413 is considered for calculating the daily demand?
