Is EMPL_RECD same as BEN_RECD in PS_SAVINGS_PLAN table?

Hello,

This is on PS 9.2.

As stated above, the delivered table PS_SAVINGS_PLAN has the EMPL_RECD column. Is this column the same as the BEN_RECD column? Also, what is the significance of BEN_RECD = 1? Is there a MOS note providing the functional purpose and description of these EMP_RECD / BEN_RECD columns?

Finally, what is the primary key table for the BEN_RECD column?
