If the leased asset is created in Asset Management and then associated to lease while creating lease

If the leased asset is created through Basic Add page in Asset Management and then associated to lease while creating lease using 'Select Property' functionality on Maintain lease > General information tab, would this cause any issues like incorrect amortization or interest computation etc in the system
