Identify the Reasons for Failed Discrete Jobs and Reprocess failed jobs to closure

Discrete Jobs failed across multiple organizations, more discrete jobs for each month. Need to identify the reasons like pending move order, pending LPN and Pending Resource Transactions all these and autonomously take actions to clear.

Is there any way we can achieve mass close of all failed discrete jobs by clearing the pending stuck transactions?

Experts please provide your suggestions?
