How to Open Invoice Workbench in Inquiry Mode when Accessing Invoice Through Payables Dashboard

Hi Team,

I am currently enabling the Payable Command Center Dashboard Access to an Inquiry Responsibility, here are the challenges am facing.

Challenge # 1: After Assigning the Permission Set to the Inquiry Responsibility am able to access the Dashboard, but when clicked on Invoice Number or Scheduled Amount Column, am getting the below Error Messages

>The Invoices function is not available under the ERFC TEBV AP Inquiry responsibility.

>The Payments function is not available under the ERFC TEBV AP Inquiry responsibility.

As I understand this is due to the given hyperlinks are trying to access Invoice workbench & Payment Workbench in Edit Mode to take an action where as the current AP Inquiry responsibility is not having those functions. If this is correct, then how can we provide the access in Inquiry Mode Only.
