P40081, alternate tax rate/area - EU tax and grouping of countries

Hi,

In an example where you have for instance five different branch plants in five different countries in EU and vendors spread across different countries both within and outside of EU, the number of country combinations in P40081 could be very large (100+ combinations) and require quite a lot of maintenance. Is there a way, or are there plans to develop, a way in standard functionality of grouping countries for tax rules related to P40081?

For instance instead of setting up
- 20 tax rules for shipping from 15 different EU countries and 5 different non-EU countries to Germany, just have
- two rules, one for EU countries to Germany and one for non-EU countries to Germany
