Oracle Database Ver 12c required for Udemy course (The Complete PL/SQL Bootcamp : "Beginner to Advan

Hi, as part of a course im doing on Udemy (The Complete PL/SQL Bootcamp : "Beginner to Advanced PL/SQL), I need to download Ver 12c but although I can see it mentioned in the Oracle pages - it is not displayed on the Support / download pages which start @ Ver 19.

I asked the question to the content creator on Udemy but as yet I have had no response.

Does anyone know where I can find this - appreciate it is an older version now so may simply be unsupported and therefore removed.
