How to make one field in iProcurement information template dependent on another field

Hi,

There is a requirement to make one field in the iProcurement Information Template dependent on another field. The field should display only if 'Yes' is selected in the previous field.

E.g.

First field: Do you want to Purchase xxx? Ans : Yes/No

Second field: If the answer is 'Yes' in the First field, then display a text message and capture the response. If the answer is 'No' then second field should not be displayed.

Anyone achieve this? Please share the steps
