New KM On How To Handle Access Denied Error When Generating Watermark For Siebel Migration

After applying the Siebel 24.4 Monthly Update on top of 22.6 installation on Production Siebel Migration Application (SMA) is fails to generate watermark when submitting the request to one Application Interface (AI) server, but it works fine if submitted to another AI server. The following error is observed: "Access is denied due to invalid credentials or insufficient privilege". This new KM Document outlines the steps to resolve the error.
