After upgrading to 23AI on exa, strange tables and views with names starting with 'DM$********'

After upgradring to 23AI on our exa system. The databases suddenly start having loads of tables, views and even procedures and other objects popping up. These views and tables are all named with cryptic names like "DM$PEMOD66_7EEZ_$IRP18#DB$8FRY4R66V" and "DM$VAMOD0N2W8DGV38$K##M$_H07S3RHXE9"

The same name can even show up in different schemas. And it seems that commonly the objects are created or recreated on a schedule. Typically 0800,1200,1600,2000 and 2130. All objects are created by the osuser ORACLE. So I assume it is a scheduled job of some sort. But not one I know of or can find.
