Feasibility to read Oracle 11g Solaris DB files on Linux in Oracle 19c

I have old tape backed up DB files for Oracle 11.2.0.4.

Now I have Linux servers with Oracle 19c.

Is there any way for me to somehow read the Solaris tape files backed up for Oracle 11g in another system which is Oracle 19c DB on Linux RHEL 8
