P4210 error, doesn't open/ call app P42232

Hi,

The end user works with the P4210 app, works and completes it as usual, but this time, when he presses the OK button, it does not load the P42232 application.

The last action today was to deploy an update package, with the object|version P4210|A01, we think it's related to this isse, something happend with spec, I don't know yet.

Solution, Dev Team add a new proyect with object|version P4210|A01, get advance from QA env, where work fine) and I deployan update package.

Now, end user can work fine, but i's very imporrtant the root cause here.
