JDE E1 9.2, GA- Journal Entries F0911 data audit question

HI,

I am trying to confirm if there is a way to have a audit of a posted JE batch for the amount value 'F0911. GLAA' for the following scenario.

User A (F0911.GLTORG) creates a G type JE batch for $100, User B who is the Approved user and Poster for User A, before they approve and post the batch changes the amount to $200 in the P0911 application, my question is , is there a way to verify which user, A or B made the last amount change (F0911.GLAA) for that JE after user B approves and posts that batch?
