Arrear calculation for Pre and Post tax deduction elements
We have a number of employees who go on unpaid leave. Upon return from LOA, we need to deduct arrears. Our requirement is as below:
1. Upon active return to work for just a partial pay period, we would like to withhold only the current deductions.
2. Upon active return for the full pay period, we need to withhold current benefit deductions, along with one pay period arrears.
The current seeded functionality allows the arrears to be taken but it seems it is all or nothing.
Just wanted to check if anyone has done any customizations to the arrears for similar requirements.
