Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We are planning to define expenditure types in projects module. What is the best way to define its naming convention .

e.g

Define numeric coding expenditure types and enter relevant description like:

Expenditure Type: 101-101-001

Description: Construction Works

OR

Should we keep Exp Type as Character field value like 'Construction Works'
