How to change default organization on OAF page personalization on isupplier portal in oracle apps

I have cloned the Responsibility from Oracle seeded responsibility but unable to change page personalization.

My requirement is to set the data to default Org using the new responsibility even i have setup the MO%Operating Unit profile options at responsibility .But still PO data is being displayed for all Orgs.

Need some help as how to default or Change the Organization & Responsibility info on Oracle Isupplier Portal.
